Ingredients:
500g Carrots or Brussels Sprouts
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Toss your veggies in a bowl with the oil, honey, and spices until evenly coated.
Spread them out on the hot tray—ensure they aren't touching, or they will steam instead of roast.
Roast for 20–25 mins, flipping halfway through.
